Dash bar mounting nut torque

I've been looking at NewTIS for over an hour and I can find the torque spec for the dash bar nuts on each side. Also if you know where in NewTIS this is located that would be greatly appreciated as well.

It is item number 5 in the photo and part number 07149200945 (M8 nut).
