Treatment of Plastic Parts
I notice that some of our interior plastic parts are showing dust (our interior is black), particularly the tonneau cover. Any thoughts on using Armour-all on the plastic? I know that it adds a little gloss, but not sure if that is good or bad. Any thoughts? What do other people use to clean the interior?
Thanks.

I use Poorboy's World Natural Look Dressing. It does not give it such a "fake" super glossy look. It gives it just enough gloss to look clean. You can get it here: http://www.autogeek.net/pbnl16.html

People used to say Armour all was bad for your interior but I never found it to be a problem but then again, it's not like I used it a lot.
I noticed the tonneau cover was kind of bland so I used the Armour all wipes and lo and behold, it looks awesome now. I probably won't use it on the rest of the interior parts though.s

BMW Product
I notice that BMW offers "BMW Plastic Care Emulsion". Has anyone used this, and have a recommendation?

303
I'd use a decent microfiber towel for cleaning the dust. If you need fluid for cleaning use 303 protectant with the microfiber. Once a month or two use 303 protectant on all plastic/vinyl for the UV protection.

I use Zaino leather in a bottle on all interior vinyl and leather. It does not add any gloss at all. I use Zaino CS on all interior trim with a clear seal (wood trim). Zaino products are very dust repellent and have UV protection. Everything looks new except my floor mats. All the dust falls to the floor so I have to shake them out more often.

Thanks for the advice. I did try the BMW product, and it seems to work well. Cleans and doesn't leave much of a gloss.
