REQUEST: How do I change my fog light?
Can anyone tell me how to do it on a 128i?

Underneath the front bumper you'll need to remove 3 or 4 screws on each side, as well as 3 from inside each front wheel arch. Once you've done this you can peel back the wheel arch lining and reach in to change your bulbs.

No lift required, unless you're afraid of getting a little dirty.
I changed mine to yellow - they look heaps better in my opinion.
