Will dealer do an oil change couple hundred miles earlier?
My 135 has 8500 miles on it and the computer stated my 1st scheduled oil changes is 9000 miles. Can I take in my car for the first scheduled visit now or do I have to wait for it to pass 9000 miles? Any one know. Thanks.

Or you can get a free oil/filter change when one year has elapsed from delivery - whichever comes first. Tom |

You can have the oil changed before then if you wish, but it will be at your own expense. |

It does say 9000 miles upon start up. So my next free oil change will be at 17,500 (9000 + 8500) miles??? Is this true? Also, when the time comes, will it give me a warning signal to remind the schedule maintenance?

just kidding... the computer adjust the service to how you drive it If you are really hard on it you will get a service light as early as 12k, but most will be at 15k. However i paid to have mine changed at 1500 miles and 5000. And i will be changing every 5k.

If this is the case, I will do my own oil change at every 5K miles. Thanks for your help.

Rather than a warning signal, it will probably begin a negative count if you don't have it serviced (and reset) at zero. Tom |
