Picked up my 2009 128i today! *Pics Fixed*
Picked up my 2009 128i Black/Black from Herb Chambers Boston today. It exceeded my expectations, it is much quieter and smoother than my previous 330xi. I can't believe how different it feels to drive, nowhere near as bumpy, and I like the feel of the power all going to the rear wheels.
This thing is going to be fun. And trouble. |

Tell me they didn't put one of those stupid Herb Chambers stickers on the back of a car... it always pains me to see it, and they seem to like to put it all the BMW, Mercs, and other high end cars.
Enjoy it! We have enjoyed our's so far. It is a blast to drive, just be careful on those wet leaves we have right now, I doubt DSC could save you from those (fortunately I don't know from experience).

I dunno, I'd be like the valet. All you guys seem to be driving maxed out 135i's. I'd at least need to get a handicap if we set out to drive somewhere...

Nice!
I picked up my car from HC but the salesman's assistant (the one who did the paperwork, prep and all) didnt put the sticker on because he said "it looks too clean without it" congrats and have fun! |

I love the front end of the 128i. The 128i has a classic BMW look with the integrated fog lights. The halogen lights actually add to the classic look.
I also really like the looks of the stock wheels. My only mod has been to change the wheel center cap to the new style. |
