I think that you'll find that they're getting the M-Sport (finally) in the 135i (something that the Canadian market got from the get-go)...the 128i just has a Sport package.

That popping sound you hear is all the brain conniptions the dogmatic M3 owners are having when they read this.
Odd that the U.S. 128i still doesn't get an 18" sport wheel, even with the M package. Those new 17" rims are very nice though. I think it'll be a welcome addition to the line-up if we get those up here. I'm most curious to see what M-colours the 3-series gets. Hopefully it'll be more interesting than another shade of black, like on the 535.

I'll believe it when I see it, as it perfectly mirrors what the US-market finally got on the 135i...not the 128i.

Check out this thread for more info.
http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=232680 The 17" rims don't really do anything for me but it doesn't matter as I'll probably use them for winters. I just want everything else that ZMP offers. I just want to know if anyone knows if we are going to be getting this in Canada for the 128i. |

Yes it is, it will get the same front and rear bumper as the 135i, and the same side skirts too. It will also get the M-Sport steering wheel and M-Sport shifter. What's wrong with that? The rest of the world can get the M-Sport package on ANY 1er, including the 118d. I don't see what could be wrong the US finally getting it on the 128...

You get the special 261 wheels, the M steering wheel and shifter, door sills, dark headliner, black trim around the windows, sport seats and a "sportier suspension" (or so I was told by the guy who sold me the car). All this for like $1800 or so...not bad

Right, but you're talking about the 135i. I'd also be interested to know if this package will be offered on the canadian 128i.

The M-Sport pack appears to have been added to the Canadian configurator for the 335i and 335ix sedans, but nothing on the 128 or other 3-series yet. No pictures, either, but that could be my Camino browser rather than the BMW site.
LeMans Blue on a 335i sedan is awfully tempting after fitting the infant seat in the 135i this weekend.

On the M package topic - since we're apparently not getting it in Canada I'll get the dealer to at least paint the chrome window frames I really don't feel like showing too much bling on my (future) JB 128i. |

Yes, rear facing infant seat. Should be no issues at all with a seat for a four year old.

No, I did not think you were nuts. You stated that the US would not get M Sport on 128i, but they did. That was the point I was trying to make.
