Not to be the Debbie Downer here, but aren't white turn signals illegal?

Anyone got a website (U.S) where I can order euro headlights? Also if I get the euro lights I'm wondering whether I should put white bulbs or keep it orange. The white definately looks sick! =D but I've seen it on the freeway and it was a pain on the eyes. So any ideas on which I should go with?

In the past I've put a very light coat of silver hi-temp paint over the orange bulbs. They illuminate properly and look clean when off.
Many euro-part suppliers will be able to get the headlights for you, new ones are rather pricey. |

I've seen numerous DIY and people talking about ordering Euro headlights but they never mention from where, I don't see what's so secretive about having them. |
