PRODUCT REVIEW: Dr. Color Chip (Touch up paint)

Order this kit a week ago and it came today. As you can see its not much but its for touch up only:

I will be doing some touch up for my old side skirts as a test. There is some MINOR blemishes. I will do some before and after pic. The instruction is pretty straight forward, dab small paint, used paint brush to smear and then put on the glove and and smear is some more. Wait 2 minutes minimum and then use the Sealact. Then buff till dry...

I have it and have used it, it works pretty well. Don't expect perfection and you will be happy. I used it to cover up some rock chips on the front of my hood, very small ones. If I didn't point them out to you they'd be pretty hard to find, which is the whole point.

I've used this too on my SUV. On deep scratches/chips, it works well. On shallow stuff, my experience is that you wipe the touchup paint off with the leveling solution. I thought the tiny little brush was pretty useful. It's worth having acetone around to clean the brush.

As you can see, the issue is VERY SMALL but exactly what touch up paints is use for. DO NOT EXPECT PERFECTION, instead expect damn good quality. One would NOT be able to located it unless if that PERSON was looking for the touch up spot...

Its difficult to catch it with the camera but if you WERE LOOKING FOR IT, you can find it but to the CASUAL OBSERVER its def hard to pick up. I like this product, and IMO it does what it says it can do!
