Are "tii" grilles available?

Does anyone make the grilles seen on the tii concept? The slates look wider and turned sideways somehow. Very aggressive looking, me want.

Not available from BMW but I never got the appeal of them, I prefer the standard slats and thought the honeycomb would block air from coming through.

Always thought that, from the very 1st time I saw that grill. We want MORE air in, not a lot less...

It is cool looking though, just not functional.

What's weird is that they would put this style on the tii which is performance oriented. Maybe we are missing something.

I think the difference would be negligible at speed with the stock airbox. As far as I can tell, you still have slats between the vertical grille pieces. I think they are just wider/angled/homeycomb.

Dont put too much stock into BMW engineers.lol They have proven to be wrong many times before.

It's actually washboard folded perf metal, compared to our wide open slats.
