is this possible of will it look bad because of the indents on the trim?

I would say if you plan to wrap, then change to one of the smooth trims. Glacier aluminum is textured, like alligator skin.

That wouldn't work. The impressions are quite deep, and I'm sure stamped out. I don't see using a wrap on Glacier aluminum at all.

Of course it would, Lester. A handful of folks have sanded theirs to apply paint or carbon fiber print vinyl. I can't see how applying a vinyl fabric would make any difference.

Why not wrap a test piece and find out? That's the only way to know. Personaly I don't think indents will telegraph through if the wrap is over 3 mil thick.

I've done it with no noticeable indentations. I'll try and post some pics up sometime soon.
