eyebrows

On the new 1M coupe and face lifted 1 series, BMW added eyebrows to the front headlights. Personally, I really like the looks of them, however I'm assuming I would have to replace the whole headlight assembly to get these on my car, which would be really expensive. Anyway, I was wondering if there is company that makes like a sticky piece of plastic (similar to the ambergones) that could be placed over the top portion of our headlights to simulate the looks of the eyebrows? Of course it wouldn't look as good as the stock ones, but I'm thinking that from a distance it might look pretty nice. Does anybody know if such a product exists or if anyone is thinking of making something like this?

The CSR eyelids look pretty good. I think the closest to the new 1M eyebrows are either Lumma or Rieger eyelids.

CSR is alright. I have a pair and it does provide a subtle change to your headlights.

Thanks for the info! So where can I buy reiger or lumma eyelids? Also, are they reversible, meaning can I remove them without leaving any sign they were on my car?

Not sure where to get those, but I'll have CSR's shortly. They are the most popular.

They don't come painted. I left mine black, but tons of people had them painted. Maybe someone can chime in. They are 80 bucks shipped.

my gripe with them is the "angry" look. i wish they followed the contour of the hood lines like the new ones on the LCI

I'm with you, I wish it was a little less ricey too and more chips and salsa... Honestly I'm not a big fan of either, I prefer corn on a cob. Actually, when I first posted this question, I was thinking more about an adhesive film that could go on the headlights, which I think would look more similar to the ones on the new 1M coupe than the plastic CSR and Lumma ones. Does anybody make something like this?

Yeah, that's kind of what I was thinking, frosted Lamin-X in the shape of the eyebrows. Now that would be sweet!
