I had the alignment done by Jakes Automotive in Sterling Heights, they do all the alignments for Autometrics which does all the collision for Bavarian BMW.

Thanks Harold!! Could not have asked for a better source for great advice and the right parts.
Tires are waiting in the garage for my SF-71's to show up, hopefully within the next week. I have been really enjoying the suspension and LSD.

It is a Matte - ICarbon, you do not see many, most are gloss.

Just curious, but why after going with all the M3 bits, etc. did you decide on the FSD's over the koni yellows? Ive been talking with Harold bout the differences between the two and he's got me more towards the yellows now in that they handle better, tighter and adjusted at around 50% from stock they feel just bout as comfy as the FSD's..any thoughts?

Only reason is because I got a great deal on FSD's and Springs from another memeber. Overall I'm very happy with the choice, as this is my daily driver that I put 100 miles or more on a day. Comfort / Performance was my goal.

Excellent write up! Its so good, it makes me think I could do the rear subframe and LSD...but probably not a good idea. Looks like a great set-up. For what its worth, I run -2.0* front camber (Dinan Camber Plates and M3 Fronts) and I've never had uneven wear. Even on my winter tires with no real aggressive driving, the entire tire was flat and within 1/32". I have similar toe settings. I'll be interested to hear your thoughts on the rear M3 links, as I've been thinking about those, but don't see the same glowing reviews that you see for the fronts or subframe bushings.
Nice Work! Tim

The transformation is now complete!!!
Just got my SF-71's mounted with Conti DW's 265-30-19 & 225-35-19, a little rubbing in rear over large bumps that jounce the entire suspension. Edit - After a slight massaging of the rear fenders (using body hammer and heat gun) no rubbing at all.

Cant believe u have fender rubbing with the DW's, their shoulders are rounded as all hell, even with a 265. Whats the specs on the rims, thats prob ur issue.

They are ALUFELGEN 19" SF-71 that we waited about 10 months for, not only did they take forever but they are also the wrong color, they were supposed to be much darker. Although in person they do look very good, so hopefully with a little fender rolling they should be good to go.

So you just bought the basic M3 conversion kit with F/R sways? Not referring to the coils or camber plates or the extras.

After driving the car for the summer and putting about 15,000 miles on it, I still love getting in the car every time. It has been great all around. I'm truly amazed on how much the traction has improved with the LSD and the Conti DW 265's in the rear. I barely break a tire loose on launch and feel very comfortable putting much more power in and out of corners. I did not not get a chance to make it to a track this year but cant wait to get there next year.
