I have TC Kline coilovers, has anyone run these with Hankook RS4s (either 245 or 255) and what size spacer do you run?

I currently have 12mm spacers and would rather not need new ones + longer spacers.

12mm should be just about right. I ran their 17x9 et42 with no spacer and they juuuuust cleared my JRZs. The et52 + 12mm spacer should give you a tiny bit more space against the strut. Crank up the camber and you'll be good on the fender side.

255 RS4 may be trouble, they're very square. I ran 245 RE71s on that set up.

The 17x9 ET42 is a great aggressive fitment for these cars, but it definitely requires the most adjustment and/or modifications.

We typically recommend a 245/40-17 on that 17x9 ET42. That will likely require negative camber in both the front and rear, rear fender rolling, and a 5mm or larger spacer may be required in the front to help clear the suspension.

You could also try a 255/40, but it would need more adjustment/modification, as it takes up more space in the wheel well.

Thanks Jasper, I have seen things on your website at least, someone is running 17x9 et52 on all four with 255s, I might just copy that exact setup besides with my coilovers fitting too is a main concern of mine. The ST XTA coilovers with this wheel setup would be epic but, I would like some of your opinions on this and if you can give some of your expertise that'd be epic.
THANKS

Thankfully, those ST XTA coilovers (I believe) have a linear/slimmer spring shape. This means the likelihood for a spacer is still there, but the size of the spacer could be smaller compared to other suspension brands offered.

Do you suggest i stay with the 17x9 et42 or get the et52. What would be best for 255s in your opinion.

The ET42 will be more aggressive to the fenders, meaning that the 255 may be slightly harder to fit. However, depending on the spacers you would end up needing for either wheel spec, the specs between the ET52 and ET42 may be very close.
