Fin is on. Fitment is excellent. For all that are using tape to install these, I used Gorilla tape indoor/outdoor install tape. That stuff is no joke.

Has to set up for 24hrs, I will have better photos by tomorrow.

Ebay- here is their email - emotors168@gmail.com

They will give you a discount if you buy off of ebay as they do not have to pay fees.

Really good seller.

Wonderful addition. The way the car should have always sounded.

Emotors2000 is their ebay name.

Email them directly using that email if you want as well.

New shiny. 1lb, 7oz. Picked up used and am swapping out the aluminum bar. Yes, it's mostly just bling, but it'll tie in nicely with my intake.

Installed a 3.73 Auto diff into the car, no LSD yet.

Thanks to Bimmer-Bob and justpete for comments on drivability. Loving it so far, its subtle and does not interfere with highway, my 120km/h is now at 3.1 k rpm versus previous ~2.6k

Using this cool Z3-Gearing tool: http://www.bimmerforums.com/forum/sh...software-free)

I recreated this chart

3.23 RED vs 3.73 BLUE shifting at 6.8k rpm. Speed in MPH

Yeah a few e90's 325i and 323i did the 3.73. The challenge is committing to the reduction in top speed per gear, especially on the highway. For my driving it made sense, for others it may not.

I will continue to research ways to get a 3.64, 3.46 or 3.38 to work with out the drive shaft flange cut & reweld.

Today I swapped to summer tires. Because my usual BMW style 263 need new rear tires, I am on my road going spare set of wheels with Brarum Bravuris 2 tires in 235/40/18 all around on a 18x8.5 et 43 wide rim.

This square 235 feels really nice compared to the winters and more neutral than the 225 255 tires on the 263 18's.

Just out of winter storage. Been a big fan of the square setup since I made the switch from staggered. Use 225/40/18 to stay close as possible to stock tire height and have not been disappointed, street, autoX, light track days. As you say, much better balance.
