What is the pressure lip seal for?
As the title states. I found these on ESC tuning. one of mine is jacked up so I'm gonna replace it, I just want to know the point of them. http://www.ecstuning.com/BMW-E82-135...3.0L/ES206664/

better airflow over the bottom of the vehicle during high speed driving.
