That's EXACTLY what my wife's car looks like. I'm glad I opted a few dollars more for the gunmetal finish... no more brake dust hassle! The slightly more negative offset also makes it look more muscular.

She refuses to do anything like tinted ambers, blackout grill... etc

Qube, Isn't your wife's car a 128 vert in black?

This stuff helps somewhat. But really, is the real car that brings everything out in a more dynamic view to appreciate.

I honestly had difficulty deciding on RIMs alone while using the TR Site.

Is not until I saw member postings that I went and made my purchase.

PS: The extra time cost me an extra 400$CND in the end.

No, that's my car. It's stored now. No soft top in the snow, with all the salt and everything. Plus, that's another $1200 in snow tires and wheels... :iono:

Here is a pic taken with my iPhone. Not the the best picture quality. I'll take some more with my camera if it ever stops raining. I have to say the ride is surprisingly quiet and smooth. Did not feel I gave up too much on the handling. One noticable difference is that the rears will break loose under hard acceleration. But that was expected given these are narrower than stock (225 vs 245) and that they are winter tires. The offsets on these rims are lower than stock, resulting in a wider stance then stock - an unexpected bonus. Overall, very happy. Will followup with an update when it snows.

A few more taken yesterday on the Quyon ferry. Beautiful day for a drive around Gatineau park:
