Will 2-series style 461m fit on 135i?
Hi, I'm looking to go back to a stock look and came across a square setup, style 461m wheels off a 2-series.
Will these fit a 135i? They are 18x7.5J ET45 all around. They come with 225/40 all around, but I want to put my original tires 215/45 on the front, and 245/35 on the rear. Thanks in advance! |

I think the M double spoke 461 wheels are:
Front axle: 7.5J / rear axle: 8J and have offsets of... Front: 45 / Rear: 52 The wheels on a 135i are... Front alloy wheels: 18x7.5" ET49 and.. Rear alloy wheels: 18x8.5" ET52 So you might need a 5mm wheel spacer for the front 2er wheels. But I am no wheel expert... maybe someone else will chime in. ? I don't know why you would want less wider rear wheels though. sources... https://www.2addicts.com/forums/show....php?t=1531082 https://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=472551

So basically the front wheel will stick out 4mm compared to oem 135i wheels and the rear wheels will be 6mm closer to the car.

Thanks.. confirmed they are 18x7.5" ET49 and..18x8.5" ET52. So, if I get, say 10mm spacers for the rear (this would essentially make it 4mm further out than stock), it would probably look just fine.
I think they actually look pretty good... A few pics i found: http://imageshack.us/i/pn7AoyLwj https://www.1addicts.com/forums/show....php?t=1244666 Last edited by tonig; 07-16-2019 at 05:44 PM.. |

Regardless, this is easy fitment. Also, the correct size would be 215/40, not 215/45, OP. |
