These are produced by the same manufacturer for Axis wheels and is a one time special that we have in stock.

No those are the E46 offsets which stick out past the fender, these are designed to sit flush with the fender.

Any body mods needed to fit these wheels or just slap them on and go? Any lock to lock rubbing, rear tires rubbing, etc. etc?

Nope, these are 1 series specific offsets for that reason. You can run a 225/35/19 and 255/30/19 to avoid any sort of rubbing issues.
