Jet Black Convertible

Hi

I've chosen a Jet Black Convertible and spent money on other extras...

Have I done the right thing - has anyone seen it in jet black and does it look ok?

I've made one up in photoshop with the wheels I've orderd on another thread. Looks ok on that but like to know if it looks ok in the flesh.:iono:

Jet black is a good color but it will show a ton of swirls. I would of spent the extra $500 on the metalic black. Overall jet black will look great just be carefull with the paint

Jet black is great when clean and new. I bought a new 1 off the Nashville dealer on Saturday. Belive it or not, he had 2- 6 speeds on the lot for sale. Jet black and alpine white. The black was great and I think makes the car look smaller. They both had options I wanted. In the end the AW spoke to me and I took her home. I was tempted though with the black... just too hard to keep clean and also very hot .

Jet Black is a great color.. I have one myself. The problem is that it shows dirt almost immediately (worse than white!)

i got a jet black vert it looks the business, it gets a bit dirty if u take it on a freeway but what car dosnt and it shows up more as a light grey dust, than a dirt, and u dont notice it at all from a far, i wash my car once a week so i never let it get too bad anyway

if you treat your 1 like your precious like you should, then it'll be absolutely fine, jet black looks great.
