I think this is the wastegate solenoid going bad. Also the vacuum line going to them has been known to melt from the heat of the turbos.

Car is in the shop again (dealership #2) for the farting and clunking

Car has been in the shop all week, and the dealership wants to replicate the issue FML. I sent them a minute long video of the noise.
