New Here. JB4 Question

Hey guys I just purchased a certified pre owned 2012 135i. I will be picking it up saturday. It currently has 36,000 miles on it. I've been lurking the forums for a few weeks now trying to get a better understanding on the JB4 tune. I have a few questions and sorry if they are repeats.
1) How safe is it to run a jb4 tune? I plan to only buy a Berk race axel back and nothing else and stay on map5 I will also have a place near me install it.
2) Can I have it installed and forget it. Or is there a lot of maintenance that needs to be done in the future?
3) Do I have to replace the spark plugs? If I do replace them should I just have the place that's installing the tune do the plugs at the same time?
4) Where can I buy spark plugs for a good price?
5) Anything else needed or information that I should be aware of?

I would add to your questions if there is any interference between BMW warranty and BMW CPO if we are using JB4

1. JB4 is very safe, I recommend running map 1 and 2 though, unless your logs come back squeaky clean. I would also install myself, its super easy.
2. Dont worry you will have plenty of maintenance to do later, none having to do with the JB4 though
3. At 36K you should replace the plugs
4. Local auto parts or BMS
5. Dont piggy back the car unless its under warranty. Terry at BMS is awesome but I like flash much better. If you are out of warranty use the JB4 + flash. If you are in warranty us the jb4 map 1/2/5 or cobb to get to a easy remove flash.

Also, FYI, budget for coils, water pump, and walnut blast sometime in the next 36K miles. Welcome to the club

Thank you very much! I wish I could do cobb but unfortunate they don't have a Accesport for my car :/. If anyone has anymore info feel free to chime in.

If you are worried about your warranty, remove the Jb4 before your dealership visit.

Does the jb4 mess with the dct clutches?

Im new too .... only bms intake and axleback....with flexfuel wire i can run 30 40% e85 on map 5?

If you are DCT you need a flash to increase pressure plate force, if you are auto you should get a trans flash.
