Doesn't appear to be all E82s. Checked NHTSA for 2013 128i and 2013 135i and only found the airbag recall.

I just got an email from my local dealer about this for my 2009 128i (which I recently purchased for my teenage son several months ago). As I am the 3rd owner of this car, I probably would have ever received a notice if I did not have the car at the dealer for some SULEV warranty work a few months ago.....

Or go to the BMW recall site and update the ownership/address. That is what I did before the airbag recall happened so my Vin & name were in their system.

Got mine done today. It is only for 2008-2012 Models Years (07-11 build years). Attached is the TSB with repair procedure and pictures that shows the checklist and what needs to be replaced; the blower motor, the long harness, the short harness or a combination thereof based upon the condition of the wires.

My 2011 w/ build date 9-30-2010 is on the list. I guess I'll be calling the local dealer next week.

I got my son's 128i done last week. Dealer ended up replacing the blower regulator and one of the cables as a result of the inspection.
