Help need with Auto Leveling .

Hello .. im running out of ideas .. and havent got any good answers.. so im here now .. I have a 09 e82 135i .. its from USA and im In Estonia.
orinaly car had Adaptive headlights. and i quess previous owner changed them into Eu spec.. So i have Non Adaptive Bi-xenons .. And im running out of ideas.. Right now i have halogens there ...
so i wanna get work Bi-xenons.. auto leveling ..
i have there New front and rear Senors.
new headlight motors.
fixed rear wiring.
and still no headlight auto leveling .. not even a click from motors..
with diagnostic i cheked that sensors working fine ..

Is there a chance that in memory have AHL files and need to code in NON AHL ? .. Any info would be good ..

I'm not understanding. Car originally had adaptive lights, and now has non-adaptive lights and you're wondering why the lights aren't moving?

I'm not sure the non-adaptive lights have that function.

as i know all xenons should have auto leveling
