Aftermarket Seat Options

Just bought a used 2008 e82 135, loads of options for a good price

Interior isn't the best though, it's like the cloth red (exterior is red too) so gives off a bit of a tomato vibe

Got a few quotes for interior upholstery (2500$ entire interior in nappa leather) but I'm also considering just changing seats

As far as I know the two most common options are:
- Recaro Sportster CS (but no clue how to combine the airbag and heater harness)
- M3 e92 seats ( should be plug and play if manual and heated)

Anyone else have any idea or suggestion what can be done?

I have Recaro SR-11 (Optional OEM Evo X seat) in my 2008. I "deleted" the airbags and run them primitive-style.
