Most of us here know exactly how rare these cars are—because we own them, too! |

Just bought a 2013 Alpine White 128i with 45,000 miles on it this year. A few key differences though. Mine is automatic, the N51 SULEV, and has the very basic interior. I'm curious what yours sells for.

Everything looks perfect to me so I'd have to say $20K to $23K. Can't see the drivers seat bolsters. New Michelin tires with 2022 date code. In 1 pic, right rear tail light looks weak-just the angle of light?

Beautiful 128i! I'm definitely interested, and was wondering if you could answer a few questions (I would PM but my account is too new):
Thanks and happy holidays. |

I'd consider BaT if you're shooting for all the money. Get it detailed, pay for good photos, and I'd bet this car could do well there.
Three months ago, this comparable car sold for $23K. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/20...-speed-manual/ Your car has higher miles but also the M-Sport pkg which this BaT car did not. Then again, car sales are softening and December isn't the best time to be selling a fun car. Good luck with the sale, car looks great. |

I do know of some pretty nice cars that have legitimately gone for good money on BaT without games; all it takes is 2 people that both really want a given car, and on the right day with the right car, it can happen. Seems to be happening less now than 6 months ago, for sure. |

My wife had the former and I have the latter. Automatic owners may wish their cars were worth what a stick is, but the reality hits them rather quickly. Similar to those who price their convertibles above the coupes only to find there are plenty of convertibles available and very few coupes. Totally different cars. |

I too just registered here because I've been casually looking for a 128 as a 2nd car. I've but been on e46 forums for ... 80,000 miles though.
I'd love to purchase a well documented car from a forum member; to me, it adds so much value. My e46 was hastily ought from some rando on Craigslist 6 years ago and it took me ages to sort out some of of his mysteries. Presently, I'm considering something out of state at some random lot (because I never learn). This forum is such a good opportunity for someone to sell a car and part of that is the commentary, fact checking, etc. Probably not the best place to sell something if you're not prepared to be transparent. |

did you still want to sell?
Hi. sent you a PM, interested but no answer. I wish you can be more straightforward so I know when to move on to a next car if you are not sure. Thank you.
