Error 315A

I’m getting error code 315A, and when refueling the car the nozzle will flip off about once every gallon. I also will get random gas cap open lights when driving. From what I’ve read this looks like a vapor canister issue, but I wanted to post these exact symptoms in case anyone had other thoughts. If it is the vapor canister, what part do I need? I see two part numbers with vapor canister/charcoal filter in their description. 16136764046, and 16137163596. Any help is appreciated

UPDATE:

Replaced the vapor canister, problem solved. Super easy install, just a slightly expensive part. I bought an OE one off of eBay
