Sporadic Limp Mode on hot days/engine

Hey guys, I am having an issue with my 2011 135i where on hot days or when the engine bay is warmed up. I will get a 332E Terminal 87_1 not found. From what I can tell nothing is happening to the car. I am able to drive around as one would and while driving the light will disappear and re appear randomly. Has anybody else had this issue before? I do also get a 3106 sometimes about my car's Cat and it does still have the cat installed but not worried about this as I plan on going cat less once 332E is resolved. Currently the car is stock but did have MHD 1 but issue was not occurring until recently. I do have ISTA but not sure how to tackle this exact issue with it. I did take it to a specialized indie mechanic and they said they fixed the issue but it is still on going. Any help is appreciated!
