South Coast / Southern Highlands Drive Day

Who's interested in another South Coast / Southern Highlands Drive Day??? The last one I organised was a ripper!

When: Sunday 18th January 2009 from 8am

Where: meet at Loftus Oval, then via Royal NP to Albion Park Rail for a fuel-up (V-Power, Ultimate and Vortex 98 are all available). For those coming from Canberra, we will aim to meet at Robertson Pie Shop at ~11am.

What: a variety of excellent mountain passes and country backroads through Albion Park, Jamberoo, Robertson, Kangaloon, Kangaroo Valley, Berry, etc

Lunch will probably be at Kangaroo Valley pub or somewhere in Berry. If anyone's keen to stay on afterwards, I'll host a BBQ at my place in Albion Park. It'll be BYO meat (supermarket is very close by). Please give me advance notice though so we can be prepared with everything else.

What to bring:
UHF radio (if you've got one) ... essential!
Partners and kids are very welcome - provided they don't get too car sick!

I will probably bring my wife Tracey-Lee along aswell.. She came along to the last Southern Highland drive and enjoyed it immensely.

Just had a thought. Considering the large numbers that we have coming along (and some new faces), would each of you please PM me the following details:

Given Name & Surname (including partners & kids, if they're coming)

I'll put together a list to hand-out to everyone on the day. This should make it much easier for me to keep track of people if they get lost, and also help with putting faces to usernames, real names and their cars!
