DIY Request: CF Mirror Caps

I would like to know how to install the CF mirror caps. I don't think it should be too difficult not worth asking dealer to install. Thanks.

I did mine with a coulpe of blunt knives to get it started and then used my fingers to removed it completely. It was easy ;0) and looks great
