Guys With Vitex Gunsmoked Ambergones Chime In!

I just recieved my gunsmoked amber gones and see that they have 2 tabs, what did you guys do with them? cut them off? wrap around headlight? PLEASE let me know what i'm supposed to do with them! Thanks!

I would think u wedge them at the edges of the headlight. Don't quote me tho I've never installed them

the top tab can fold over the headlight but there's literally like NO room on the bottom tab to fold over unless you take off the bumper, what did you guys with these do??

Hold the tabs during install so you don't get prints on the part that goes over the light, then after it's all on nice, cut the tabs off...?

Thanks guys! I just ended up cutting them off before installing cause I didn't want the razor blade to make contact with my headlight. Install went perfect!

The instructions say once dry to peel off protective layer but I can't seem to find it?

The tabs are on there just to get them in place correctly. I cut mine off after I applied the overlays.

Yeah that's the one, I live in Cen. Cal Bakersfield area but I was at B&M in Chatsworth Saturday getting my short shift kit installed and some friends where in town for a basketball tournament and staying at The Hilton so I stayed with them but they all called it a night early and I was the only one that wanted to do something so I drove around looking for a nice bar or something but had no luck

Yeahh You won't find much in Glendale lol. You had to go to Hollywood (about 15 mins from Glendale).
