Favorite Detailer
Anyone have a favorite detailer in the NOVA/DC area? More concerned with quality over price...

I know there are many,
but i've always gone to Advantage Auto Certified and used their detailing services. I always go for the "professional for $250. Always been happy with results and they are consistent w/ their results. They have always provided me w/ a loaner car for the day (got to ask though) http://www.advantagecertified.com/detail_menu.php do a search on this forum and see what you find

he definitely takes pride in the work he does. price can go up a lot depending on your car and what you need. only negative i would have to say is the location, he works out of a shop in fredericksburg....which is almost a 1hr drive for me. he does mobile detailing but he prefers not to and i think that adds to the price as well because he has to travel. I have another guy thats pretty good too... a good place to look is autopia.org. a lot of detailers praise him tho. Raja i heard is good too, I'm actually supposed to see him for a clear bra when i get back into the united states. http://www.autopia.org/forum/pro-det...e-dj-mayo.html if you use dj mayo, you can mention me. maybe get a discount? |

Yes, I will absolutely take care of your M3 and quick detail it as well. DJ Mayo is good and I have seen his work. From what I heard he's a stand up guy. In this area, there are few good detailers. I am glad we are all spread out, so we are not stepping on each other's toe. |

Thanks for the recommendations guys. I have 3 areas that I work out of so whichever is closest works. Crofton, Fredericksburg, and Gainesville. Depending on the job I can come to you if certain requirements are met. I have met A LOT of great people in the BMW community and continue to keep in touch with many. I need to make my way to a meet and meet some more of you.
