Socal: Which dealership is cool with modified cars?

First of all, I know that I don't drive a 3 series but there's a lot of people on this forum so I can get a better idea of which dealerships to go to. I live in the Long Beach area.

I switched my OEM fog lights to HID lights and about a month later one of my angle eye had a malfunction so I bought it to a dealership. They told me that my HID fog lights cost something to burned out and it's going to cost me about $1000 to fix it. And I don't want to spend $1000 so I'm going to push my luck and bring back the car and replace it back to the OEM fog lights and try to bring it to a different dealership. I talked to my service rep at the dealership and he said that he's not going to list the problem in the system. (I don't really know if that is possible ) So I want to know which dealership might be cool with it and might let me slide.

I know that there's a few dealerships that are very anal about modified cars so I want to know which dealerships do you have a best experience with. And if possible, please list the name of the service rep. Thank You

It is best to not tell your dealer.

Also, you should hide things from them and always confuse them.

+100000

I talked to the Service Manager directly and he recommended a SA and Tech to work on my car.
