Man, SFV'ers trying to annex SCV... lulz

That goes on even inside SCV, w/ sections within SCV being "unincorporated areas."

Valencia BMW and MB dealers have reputations as being very stuck-up. In contrast, Valencia Acura is very cordial and friendly, which is probably the reason for tons of Acuras in SCV (especially MDX's).

I admit that Valencia BMW has a really nice showroom and facility but it's silly for them to be stuck up. Every time I've been there I haven't seen many customers around.

Indeed, their facility is very nice. Got my '08 M3 there, but went elsewhere for the '11 M3.

i got my 335i from valencia

their service is a hit or miss...

when i had mark, he went out of his way to help me

but then chris.. didn't return phone calls etc. but i think he was having family issues...

also their techs report EVERYTHING
so if you have mods, don't go there

I'd never buy a car there but I've had no problem with servicing my 335 or m3 there

The 2 SA's there that I dealt with while I had the '08 M3 was meh at best (their names are neither Mark or Chris). Somebody on this forum mentioned that there should be separate SA's & mechanics for M cars and, boy, do I wish.

Yes and no...
Since I know my SA well, and I knew my tech well (he is on leave due to injury), I'd hate it if I couldn't have him service my car

If a mod might be the cause of a problem, he will give the car back, i put it to stock, and if the problem is there, he'll have it fixed.
if problem disappears... well yeah.

No records of mods made, ever.

This is good to hear. anyone care to name their SA in Valencia BMW for future reference? I took my E92 M3 all the way to South Bay BMW for it's last service since I've read mixed reviews for our local service here....

Just stay away from them, there is no connection between sales dept and service, their sa's are terrible. shop manager is an a-hole. i got 2 cars from them , but because of service dept, i am done with them.

^This. Which is why I went elsewhere for the '11 M3. The parts dept manager is a crook too.

Got my '11 M3 from Valencia BMW which I regret.
I could have gotten a better deal if I started off with CARSDIRECT but the convenience is what got me.

As for service, the SA I got assigned to never return calls so F them.
Also getting a loaner car from these guys is like sucking blood from a stone.

So for my next service I'll be working with Century West. I always had good experience with them plus I work just a few blocks from them

Mark has been my SA for quite a long time. He has always been great to deal with. Their service department definitely has issues but Mark has always taken care of me.

Wait, do you live on Gloriso Ln? A house on that street has 335 and M3.

SCV deserves to be on its own. Can someone take charge and arrange a get together?

BTW, Mark at Valencia BMW was one of the reasons why I kept on buying BMWs (7). Now that he's gone due to personal reasons ( I will not disclose this on an open forum) I feel lost.

Never buy a car from this dealer as they are damn expensive. I stay with Nick Alexander. They always kicked ass all other quotes. Well, I guess if you bought or leased 7 BMWs from them, they better be nice to yah.

My 2011 M3 is just seating inside the garage for now. Let's plan a trackday.

Broom broom!
