Ferrari/Lamborghini Italian stripes?
Can someone photo shop these stripes on a 135i Titanium silver? What do you think? I think it would look pretty cool. Just an idea I have, want some feedback! Thanks!!

I think a small detail slanted italian stripe would look better, I'm thinking on the side skirt near the rear tire, OR on the low spoiler 'wings' at the front. Clearly you're thinking sod off with subtle though... :P
I think the white middle stripe will clash with your silver car, even more so if you do it down the middle. Adding the italian flag accents on your kidney grills could work as well, some people accent them with the M colors and it works.

Why not change the color of 3 slats in your kidney grill? Subtle, yet not overwhelming.

I have valve caps with the Italian colors on my Ducati. Subtle but does catch the eye. You can find them anywhere online and there cheap. Full stripes is a bit much even for me, but I would wear the Italian Stallion robe Rocky wore everyday if I had one.
