Finally ordered my 135i
Hi guys,
I finally ordered my 135i after waiting on it for over a year. This forums have helped me a lot to be patient over the past year. If it was not for you guys I would not be much of a BMW enthusiast and discover the ultimate drivers machine. I am very excited and feel lucky to be driving a 135i as my first real car. Six more weeks until the fun begins! I ordered it in Le mans blue with M-Sport package, automatic transmission, black leatherette and aluminum silver interior. I will be sure to post some pics after it arrives. Meanwhile I plan on ordering the black performance grills and the CF spoiler. This is my first time ordering BMW performance accessories. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me where I should order and get it installed. Also I forgot to mention that I don't want a front license plate mounted. I want to go back to the dealer and tell them not to drill holes, but hopefully they wont. One more thing I plan on doing is whitening out the blinkers on the headlights. Where did you guys get it done? Thank you all for everything! I'm proud to be a 1addict! |

congrats on the car
this is a great place with infinite knowledge, welcome as far as bmw performance parts, dan@united bmw puts bmw parts discounted here http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...subcat1=133774 as for installation, there are outstanding DIYs on the site, or you can overpay to have the dealer install the parts i share your pain for the front plates, that is why i got a vanishing plate holder you can get manual or motor operated http://www.swiftmotorsports.com/inde...44431b39465c3c

Haha that vanishing plate is awesome! If I still lived up north I'd get one haha... seems like something that some 16 year old punk would rip off the car though

thanks DIY thread has some great stuff i'm still kind of paranoid tho, also I just read a post on the european headlights...I didn't think you had to replace the whole headlights and they cost over 1500. Now I don't know if they are worth it although I really like them. Besides the DIY for euro headlights seems extremely complicated.
