Best color combo for the vert
Decided not to finalize the deal on the vert today...was unsure about the color combo. Was originally thinking about the Cashmere Silver/Taupe leather/Black top, but now thinking about a different interior...maybe red or beige since the colors are used with black inside...may be a bit sportier.
Anyone have cashmere silver and an interior they like, or another color combo they think is best? Thanks! Haven't been able to see most of the colors live so greatly appreciate feedback. |

I have a Cashmere Silver/Savannah Beige/Moonlight top on order. Won't see it until mid August though. I did see the Savannah Beige interior on an Alpine White vert at my dealership, and thought it looked amazing.

I am in total agreement on the Savanna Beige. It's an awesome natural-looking interior color that works well in the 'vert, as is lightens up the seats and door panels, but still retains the solid black dash and remaining black interior.
And, it works well with every exterior color. I went for a "silver & gold" combo. I had that somewhat rare combo on a previous Porsche, and it received tons of compliments... It looked like a million bucks. Here's a shot of the Savanna on a black 'vert. Good luck!!!!

There was a Cashmere/Taupe leather/Taupe top at my local dealer last week. It had the sport seats, and the taupe looked nice! I first saw it in leatherette and didn't like it, but the leather looked much better. The colors had a hint of contrast, not bad, but not bold in any way. They matched well. The top looked very nice in Taupe too. Too bland for my taste, but it was nice.

cashmere is a pretty classy color, mine's SGM w/ coral, but I quite liked SGM with lemon, as well as the 2 blacks with lemon.

Cashmere w/ terra all the way! I love this combo. However, I'd think that Savannah might look really good, too. I'm sticking w/ terra because there would be more contrast between the interior and exterior colors.

Color Combo
I wanted a color that few others had so I went with Monaco Blue. As for the interior, I was originally stuck on black but when I saw the lemon Boston leather, I knew I had to have it! The color combo looks stunning and so classy. I have received compliments everywhere I go on the car. Attached are a couple of pics for you. I thought about CSM but when I saw it in person, it was too beige for my taste. Either way, you will be thrilled with whatever color combo you go with!

Terra and Lemon are Priority 1 colors. You can order them at no charge over leather/premium package, but dealers cannot order them for their stock. Makes those colors more special, too.

Here is mine: cashmere silver / taupe leatherette / moonlight black top. Everyone that has seen the car, and this is in very image conscious LA, likes it a lot. What I like about it is that the color is unique to the 1-series, and so is the moonlight top. I also love the sparkliness of the top in sunlight, matches the cashmere silver metallic color quite well. And finally, dust (and cars in LA get dusty fast) does not show at all on the exterior.

PPower... please remove your car's pic's ASAP! I just ordered a coupe and it took me forever to pick the colors. Your pic's are forcing me to re-think yet again!
I went with sgm/coral because I love both... just not sure I love them together! Your csm/terra was on the short list, but like what I went with... didn't find any to look at to consider. Sweet combo. |

Hmm,
The taupe leatherette looks pretty gray compared to the beige top. I was kind of thinking the beige top and taupe leatherette would be a match because on the website they call it a taupe top. But really it's a beige top eh?
