20" is a too big for the 1M, IMO.
the 19" CH-R would be the better option; better feel and driveability all around.

Don't know his experiences, but IMHO only for the brave (Spartan ride + fender liners and suspension will suffer a hard time on rugged roads, speed bumps and sidewalk borders + it will be a challenge and burn a hole in your wallet to find suitable tires fitting those rims on a 1M). Pictures of Golo's ride:

I got the same rims in 19" size on my VO. Believe me, these fellas are big enough for the 1M. Mine is stock ride height but these still look OK (lowering is no option for me, not only for reasons of ride comfort, but also because of questionable road conditions). Pictures of my ride:

BBS CH-R is only available in 19" and 20". For an 18" option OP got to check out other rim types.

Below are two pictures of BSM with 19" BBS CH-R (Satin Black):

Hi all I have mount today the BBS in 19" but in the front there are touching the plastic by complete turning...I call directly BBS in Germany and they told me that they have never make a certification about the 19" wheel, but only for the 20...now I have spend so much money...and I can't drive...such a shit...

Have a look at the following three posts tackling the issue (including the solution which worked at least for my 1M with BBS CH-R set-up). Clocked already almost 2K km with this set-up:

20's are too big and I can only imagine how terrible they must feel on the road. Looks are subjective but I would never be able to justify the sacrifice in performance and ride quality.

Further to my earlier post (http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showp...9&postcount=27): below are shown two pictures of a BSM which was spotted today in Belgium: BBS CH-R 19" (Satin Black).

Let us know if you've sorted out your issue.

Wheels look good, but boy does it feel like it needs a drop up front.

Hm, if BBS CH-R 19" is already causing trouble for your 1M front fender liners, then why making it worse by exchanging them for 20" ?

Did you give up on the 19" ?

I agree 20's are crazy on the 1M but I love these on it...makes it look like a cartoon!
If I had the money to throw away I'd get them!

And what are your experiences so far with the 20" set-up ? You're all shaken up on rugged roads ? Wheel fender liner rubbing ?

Thanks, I do get a lot of comments on how it looks like a hot wheels car, concept drawing and whatnot but personally I like how they look on the car. They aren't for everyone though.
