questions about the Performance exhust

The Performance muffler box is pretty much the same size as the standard muffler. It is inside the box/muffler that is different - there is less sound deadening material and less baffles(I think).

Why not order a Performance muffler from a 120i and see how that sounds? You might also want to delete your middle muffler - in the mid pipe.

Thanks for your quick reply! The thing is I came along a e61 2007 535d exhaust for a very very cheap price - 100 eur for everything except the cat, which i dont need anyway.

Drop yours and measure, it's an easy job with jack stands or a lift. I doubt you'll find the specific dimensions you need online
