Once I get through this Hyrox and HM, next year I know I want to do the Manitou Incline and a Sprint Triathlon

I seem to do a trifecta every other year…starting to get burnt out but thinking about next year doing a few. I tend to do all the mid Atlantic races in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia (and an Ohio beast once), but I’m looking at possibly running some Florida and Georgia races next year to see different landscapes. I find going away and making it a weekend adventure helps the overall experience

Been taking it easy after my race July 4th, Spain and the Pyrenees were a lot of fun, but the area felt more like France than Spain due to it's proximity. The race was beautiful so I thought I'd share an image of one of the mountain lakes along the course. Other than that I took two weeks off, now running again and starting to ramp up the miles for a back to back 50k/half marathon trail race in October. I'm acclimated to the summer heat and I run mostly in the heat of the day after work, so it's about time to cool off and I wouldn't mind it one bit.
