I'm sorry, I know I'd feel horrible if someone did this to my baby.
I wonder if you maybe offered a reward (if you can afford it) for information leading to the arrest of the vandals it would help. People that do this kind of crap are idiots and no doubt they've bragged to their friends about it. Also, this is a crime of passion done in the heat of the moment so they've likely got some witnesses who "don't want to get involved". Someone out there knows and would probably drop names in a second for even a $1,000. Get some money together (friends might even donate), contact everyone at the party letting them know, put up fliers at the local haunts (and let everyone know where they are). Even if you don't catch them you'll have them sh!*%ng their pants for a while. Maybe some of you think that's going overboard, but this kind of stuff really ticks me off and if it were me I would HAVE to take some kind of action. |

What is with people these days. That Giants/Porsche video made my blood boil at the barbarianism of it all. It's boiling again. WTH is this world coming too that people think that this is fun? I cannot imagine it. Thoughts go out to you, Guardianangel! |

Agreed....these people who perpetrate such acts are the lowest of low. Complete cowards and perhaps jealousy. Would also love to catch one in the act so as to inflict some real pain on them. I also agree with the above, pull together some cash as a reward, talk to the party host and get the word out. $1000 will certainly find a few rats.
With this down economy I have become hyper-sensitive about where I take my 1er and where I park it. Thankfully I have another car I can use if needed. I love driving the 135, but everytime I dread parking it for fear of such vandalism and even door dings. I let out a sigh of relief when I pull her back in the garage unscathed. This past week alone, a reported additional 55,000 layoffs here in the US. Things are getting really bad, desperate times. And in desparate times, crime goes up! From people stealing gas, to vandalism of high end items, to burglary. Unfortunately, not a good time to own a new high-end auto. |

That sucks, guardianangel3290. On a similar, but not nearly as bad note, when I left the club last night, my car was totally covered in flyers and little cards. I was mad that they stuck them in between the soft rubber lining and the window on the passenger and driver's side, all on the front windshield and rear windshield.
All of the finger prints and all of the flyers on my car though is not nearly as bad as being vandalized intentionally. Even had someone accidentally rear ended me, that's probably not as bad as someone doing it intentionally. Sucks, and I don't know why someone would do this. Was there anyone at the party that would have a reason to single you out? Was yours the only car that was messed with? Maybe you can single out the individual(s) who did it.

Their acts of drunken vandalism have since stopped because they got drunk one night, drove really fast (it was 2am and I was playing video games). I heard errrrrr (brakes), then ka-spalsh (broken something) but it was really, really loud. Went outside, saw everyone else on the block outside. All the way down the street, they hit a center divider, jumped over it, over a parked car (as the car wasn't hit) and into a house that was perpendicular to our street (or parallel to the divider). Their acts of sober vandalism have continued however, as our neighbor has caught them putting nails behind people's tires. No one on the block likes them, and I don't understand why they do it.

thanks for the support everybody and everybody knows who did it, these guys tried starting a fight so the host kicked them out and on the way to their car they started breaking shit. im just thankful my car didnt get the worst of it, there was a corolla that had the windshield destroyed and the roof caved in (a few of them jumped on it until it collapsed) i just fucking hate new mexico, shit like this happens all the time here. my only solace is that i have full coverage and nobody got hurt. i mean at the end of the day its just a thing ya know. |

So sorry to hear about that...whenever something bad happens to me in a situation where I feel helpless, I just have to think that karma will take care of everything...eventually.
