Nice, I would've preferred a black gauge ring but looks very well done. Props man. Are you planning to do a DIY write up?

How visible is it? I like the location because it looks like you still can use your ashtray (I don't smoke, just like to keep things like change, gate key in there). but the gauge face looks pretty straight on, is it easy to read? If this works maybe a two/three gauge face should be made in that location. What tool did you use to cut the hole in that panel? What kind of boost gauge do you have? Is it mechanical or an electric stepper drive?

Nice, they're is a dealer for Autometer not far from where I live. I would have went with their ES line of gauge faces though. Very interesting location though, at least now he's made a use for that panel. I don't have heated seats or what not, but that's where the controls would have been had I optioned it, right?

heated seats buttons are up near the controls for the A/C and heater
Seems like it would be hard to read this gauge, especially when driving but good job, looks really clean! |

Good job on the install, it looks clean. I agree the black bezel would have been a better option.
I never understood the logic behind mounting gauges down that low. You really need to see them during performance driving, and looking down that low to try and focus on a small indicator isn't the most ergonomic, efficient, or smart thing to be doing. |
