Doesn't bother me, at least it doesn't say Vtec-Tuning or Type-R... Does the ///M badge on a 135i's steering wheel bother y'all? Its on my ZHP's steering wheel, shift knob and all four wheels. Is that "cheesy?" *Rolls eyes*

If silver is always shiny, why do you have to polish it? The mirrors on many Audi products have also been matte silver.

yes it bothers me a lot. would like to get rid of them all. just a marketing gimmick. if they would have replaced all the M crap with just bmw performance I would have been happy. you forgot the door sills.

I love the matte silver, (or satin silver if you dont like the "matte" association), that shine really pops. But I REALLY love those gauges! I want those really bad! I hate the orange lighting in the 1 series.

I have a problem with it when it's used as a marketing ploy. Don't have a problem when it's on a true M

Not sure what that lady's deal is...she said that she could not find anything wrong with the car - it does everything right (even the auto tranny, that she discredited the car for because it did not have a manual, from the outset worked better than expected) yet it's not for her

If the car has an M-Sport package, then it should have an ///M badge IMO. Different strokes for different folks I guess. Just seems like there are a lot of other things in the world to be bothered by, its just a lil badge... BTW, wasn't "BMW Performance" just born a few years back? Wouldn't that be a huge badge across your steering wheel? lmao Happy St. Pats Day, have a drink on me!
