Yes.

If you want to get the group buy price, I will need your payment by 3.31.11!!!

To do this, please PM me your e-mail address along with where I'm shipping the parts kit to.

Estimated Time of Arrival is 4.8.11 from BMW AG (Germany). Once I receive the swaybars, I will send them out.

All of those who have ordered swaybars, be on the look-out tomorrow morning for your tracking numbers!

OK would this GB price be the $205 or $245?

And this is the front E93 M3 swaybar is that correct? I thought the E92 M3 was the one people installed ? Is the difference that the E93 is a little thicker?

Also, is this a perfect fitment and does it void warranty?

Fitment is fine. The swaybar has a 2yr/unlimited mile parts warranty, nothing else. Altering any component on a BMW with a non-BMW approved upgrade cancels the warranty on said component. Chance of that happening? Low, but still possible.

Let's use two examples to make it clear.

E93 Swaybar warranty
You're strolling along and all of a sudden you hear a bang. You put the car in the air, and the swaybar and/or swaybar bushings turn out to be defective. BMW covers that because of their 2year/unlimited mile parts guarantee.

E93 Swaybar non-warranty
Same situation, except this time your suspension fails. A BMW technician finds the issue- the swaybar has caused the front shocks to fail (lol ). BMW will not cover any parts, labor, or diagnosis time because the parts are from an M3, not a 1 Series.

The price of $205.00 plus shipping ends 3.31.11

ETA on more swaybars to arrive in Germany is 4.8.11. It will take 1.5 weeks to arrive here in the U.S on a rush order.

Ok so if you (and other members) could be very honest with me, what are the chances of:

1) The swaybar causing a suspension issue

2) The BMW technician blaming an eventual suspension failure on the swaybar even though it might not be its fault. And Dan I know you guys down there in Atlanta are awesome but reality is we all know most places aren't...

I still have over 3 years of warranty left and I really don't want to mess it up.

Dan, I am still interested, but I'm confused by the picture you posted yesterday (showing a couple ~fatter bars that don't neck down next to a bunch of ~thinner bars that do neck down). It would help me if you could list the diameters (and necked down diameters) for the three bars:

E82 135i (diameter/necked diameter)
E92 M3 (diameter/necked diameter)
E93 M3 (diameter/necked diameter)

Chances are slim to none, unless you mess something up yourself. But it sounds like mods aren't for you at the moment.

This is one of the simplest, no hassle mods there is. And it's BMW OEM to boot. Ultimately, anything you change on your car is YOUR responsibilty, so if you want piece of mind, enjoy the car the way BMW made it.

There are TONS of threads available by ing E93 Sway bar.
